Cambodia, however, follows the rules of nature. Without using machine, chemical pesticides and fertilisers, the jasmine rice has been ranked the World's Best Rice award for 3 years.
「就算能吃的東西堆積如山，但總有一天會變成什麼東西都吃不得的時代。」 注射了抗生素、荷爾蒙的豬和牛，養在添加保鮮劑、抗生素的水裡的魚，加了各種添加劑的加工食品，還有使用各種化學肥料、農藥的蔬果、大米。
柬埔寨堅持按照自然，不用機械、農藥及化肥，而能生產出連續3年獲世界最好大米獎的茉莉花香米。
